What is Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0?

After signing up for service, your new Customer Relationship Manager can be accessed immediately through Internet Explorer from any location. You are also able to set up the FREE Outlook Connector Tool that will synchronize Outlook with the data in your new CRM.

What is needed to get CRM Service started?

After signing up for service, you are able to connect to your new Contact Relationship Manager immediately after receiving your Welcome Letter.

Will Outlook integrate with the CRM Service?

Outlook connects quickly and easily with the Outlook Connector.

Does Outlook integration cost more?

A FREE Outlook connector is provided for every CRM client. The Outlook Connector allows you to access everything in Dynamics CRM via Outlook, as well as keep everything in Outlook Synchronized with Dynamics automatically and seamlessly!

Are there other ways to see the CRM content outside of Outlook?
